About Me

Hi, I’m Emily.

I offer counselling to mums at every stage of their journey.

I’m a qualified counsellor based in Bristol offering face-to-face and online sessions. I’m an Accredited Member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society and I abide by their ethical framework; I am also recognised as a Registered Member of the BACP. I work using an integrative approach and tailor the sessions to suit each unique individual I work with.  I will meet you where you are with empathy and hold a safe and gentle space to process your current circumstances and the impact it’s having on you. The therapeutic space is confidential and I am non-judgemental and accepting of any issue you bring into our sessions.

I have worked with people aged 20 - 80 and enjoy working with people from different backgrounds. I particularly enjoy working with mothers. I have a keen interest in Matrescence and how motherhood changes our identity.

I spent nearly two years working with Bath Mind as a trainee and qualified counsellor. Currently, I work face-to-face in Bristol and online via Zoom and telephone with clients.
